●Using high-precision, low-resistance, double-nut pre-loaded ball screw pair without clearance, which improves the transmission efficiency and ensures the displacement measurement accuracy of the cross-head.
●Adopt high-precision, medium preload, and symmetrically installed linear guide rails to make the linear motion more stable and improve the accuracy of displacement measurement.
●The servo motor and servo driver imported from Japan are selected, with stable operation, high control precision, and operating noise lower than 51dB.
●Imported reducer and arc-tooth synchronous belt drive, with excellent meshing state, stable operation and long service life.
