This machine adopts four-column frame, precision ball screw drive and bearing force. The middle beam is equipped with high-precision load sensor. The upper and lower ends are connected with cross-heads respectively, and the wedge-shaped self-locking flat push clamp or other fixture is fixed by bolts. The transmission system adopts Japanese Panasonic servo drive and servo motor, imported reducer and synchronous toothed belt, which drives the ball screw to rotate to realize loading. An automatic cleaning system is arranged at the bottom of the lower clamp groove. The system collects the slag and oxide scale when the sample is broken by the front blowing and sucking method, and can be continuously cleaned or time-divisionally cleaned according to the condition of the sample. This machine adopts the microcomputer control servo type to carry out the automatic control during the test process, which can realize the lower machine to be transmitted to the test machine system, and the test result is automatically transmitted back.
