Three closed loop (force, deformation, displacement) control system, force, deformation, displacement of the full digital three closed loop control, each control loop can be realized without impact smooth automatic switching. Test force, deformation, displacement and other rate control and maintenance. Three channels high precision 24 bit analog signal acquisition system, the highest acquisition frequency can reach 12 0Hz. Three high-speed digital acquisition channels are used to collect quadrature pulse signals such as photoelectric enco ders and grating rulers. The maximum signal acquisition frequency can reach 4MHz. It can output 0~2MHz digital pulse signal, which can be used to drive servo motors, stepping motors, etc.; it can also output 16-bit precision -10V~+10V analog voltage signals to drive servo valves.
