1. Main function
The fastener friction coefficient tester is mainly used for the test and analysis of bolts, screws and nuts fasteners. By applying the tightening torque to the bolt-nut connection pair to generate the clamping force, its fastening characteristics can be measured, such as clamping force, fastening torque, thread torque, support surface torque, total friction coefficient, support surface friction coefficient, thread friction coefficient, torque coefficient K, etc. Widely used in aerospace, universities, research institutes, quality inspection, automobile, rail transit, wind power and other fields.

GB/T1231-2006 Specifications of high strength bolts with large hexagon head,large hexagon nuts,plain washers for steel structures, GB/T 16823.3-2010 Fasteners-Torque/clamp force testing, ISO16047-2013 Fasteners-Torque/clamp force testing, GBT16823.2-1997 General rules of tightening for theraded fasteners, GB/T50205 Standard for acceptance of construction quality of steel structures.
Users can also provide relevant technical standards, such as ISO, ASTM, DIN, JIS, in accordance with the standards provided by users to achieve test mode control and relevant data collection and processing.
