1、 During the experiment, operators and observers must be outside the safety warning line to avoid being affected by the experiment and ensure their personal safety.
2、 When unloading the pendulum of the impact testing machine, there are strict rules. First, remove the protective net below, then loosen the nut, and then use the pendulum extractor to push out the pendulum. It is important to use your right hand to lift the joint of the pendulum rod and slowly move the pendulum to the left. At the same time, gently place it on the base of the testing machine and remove the pendulum.
3、 When installing the pendulum, gently place it on the base, and also lift the joint of the pendulum rod with your right hand. Slowly move the pendulum onto the sample support, adjust the dial with your left hand, align the pendulum head with the hole slot, push the pendulum in, and finally tighten the nut to install the protective net. In fact, the steps of installing and disassembling a pendulum are the opposite, as long as you learn how to install, you will know how to disassemble it.
4、 Before using an impact testing machine for testing, it is necessary to adjust the focal length to ensure that all basic work is completed, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
5、 During the experiment, anhydrous ethanol must be added to the refrigeration tank, and the concentration of ethanol should not be less than 99.5%, otherwise it will affect the results of the experiment and result in inaccurate final measured data.
6、 When heating up the experiment, the temperature should be controlled around 30 ℃ to prevent alcohol from self igniting and causing safety accidents.
7、 The requirements for the sample in the sample box are very strict, and must be free of iron filings, dust, and burrs in order to ensure accurate tensile testing of the material.
8、 During the testing of the impact testing machine, click the pendulum release button. If the pendulum does not rotate clockwise, the power should be cut off in a timely manner and recalibrated to make it rotate clockwise.
9、 During the experiment, in order to ensure the accuracy of the data, the first sample is not subjected to impact, while the second sample is subjected to impact, in order to ensure the accuracy of the data.
