Notes on the use of tensile testing machine
1, at the time of boot, the boot order of the host and the computer will affect the communication initialization Settings of the computer, so it must be strictly carried out in accordance with the above boot order.
2, after the boot need to preheat for 5 minutes, such as the system is stable, can be tested.
3, if you need to start again after just starting, wait at least 1 minute interval time.
4. After replacing the fixture, first pay attention to adjusting the adjustable stop ring.
5, when using the small force value sensor to do the experiment, be sure to adjust the position of the adjustable stop ring, to avoid damage to the small force value sensor due to operational error, be careful not to exceed the rated range of the sensor.
6, be careful not to plug and unplug the power cord, otherwise it will easily damage the electrical control part.
7, do not stay away from the testing machine during the test.
8, during the test process, in addition to the stop button and the emergency stop switch, do not press the other keys above the control box to avoid affecting the test.
9. Remember to turn off all power after the test.
10, the computer is specially used for data processing and testing machine control, do not install other application software in it, to avoid the normal operation of the testing machine application software.
11. Strictly launch the computer step by step according to the system requirements, and then shut down normally to avoid damaging some programs, resulting in the normal use of the software
12. Do not use floppy disks unrelated to the machine to read or write disks on the computer of the testing machine to avoid virus infection.
