Main operation steps: During the automatic test, the test personnel will put the sample into the specified sample frame according to the test sequence prepared by the testing machine. The robot grabs the sample according to the sample position set (automatic or manual) in the test software in advance, and then measures the length, the center position of the sample (using the length and width of the parallel section), and the cross-section size. Then the sample is sent to the fixture, and the video extensometer automatically tracks it; Automatically invoke the predetermined test method or test program for tensile test while ensuring alignment (up and down, back and forth). During the test, the robot will repeat the above automatic program to prepare the next sample to be tested. After the current tensile test is completed, the robot will classify and recycle the qualified and unqualified samples, and the test result data will be automatically uploaded. The robot will send the prepared samples to the fixture directly to complete the tensile test automatically. This is repeated until all the samples placed on the sample rack have been tested.
