1. Pay attention to the usage environment
Avoid foreign objects such as iron filings, oxide skin, and dust entering the interior of the machine. Yunnan Psoriasis Hospital can cause circuit short circuits and burn the machine, and avoid using it in situations with strong electromagnetic interference, such as around PHS antennas and high-frequency furnaces, which can cause abnormal operation of the instrument. It should be operated in an environment with a working temperature of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃, a relative humidity of ≤ 90%, no strong light, no vibration, no strong magnetic field, no corrosive media, and severe dust.
2. Requirements for the tested part of the Leeb hardness tester
During the use of the Leeb hardness tester, attention should be paid to the requirements of the test piece to ensure that the surface of the test piece is clean, free of dust, oil stains, and oxide skin. A grinding wheel can be used to locally polish the surface of the test piece to show a metallic color. The temperature on the surface of the test piece should not be too high, and the temperature should be less than 120 ℃. The optimal temperature for testing is 4 ℃ -38 ℃.
3. Analyze the characteristics of the test piece to be tested
The surface of the test piece should be smooth, and the test piece should not be magnetic. The material of the test piece should correspond to the material preset by the instrument. The thickness of the test piece should meet the testing requirements, and the external dimensions of the test piece should match the support ring.
4. Testing of specimens using a Leeb hardness tester
For medium-sized and small specimens, support or bonding treatment is required. For irregular materials, comparative experiments are required, that is, using a desktop hardness tester with the same hardness system to test and compare the curves on the same specimen to ensure the accuracy of testing accuracy.
